To begin with, take a grinder, add spinach leaves, green chickpea, mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, and a few seasonings like red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, garam masala and salt to taste. Grind all these ingredients together and wait until a smooth and consistent paste.

Now divide the mixture into 10-12 balls and flatten each ball with the help of your palms.
